ASUN's off-campus housing is located in downtown Newport. Our two-bedroom apartments are designed for comfort and community, perfect for students seeking a blend of independence and connectivity. Each unit accommodates one single and one double occupant, offering both private and shared living spaces.
The apartments are now renting for the Spring Semester (January - May) and the Summer (June-July). Applications will open for the Fall 2025 semester (August - December) will open in March 2025.
